Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial or manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Must provide own basic tools for the job.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components on industrial equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production support needs
• Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to ensure safe operations
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Document maintenance activities and repairs as required
• Participate in training to build and strengthen multi-craft capabilities

Shifts: 6am - 6:30pm and 6pm - 6:30am on a 2/2/3 schedule

Pay range: $30-33/hr
