Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of duties including routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs on equipment across multiple sites. The role requires mechanical and electrical aptitude and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

You will maintain maintenance logs, follow safety procedures (LOTO), and operate tools such as ladders, scissor lifts, and pallets jacks.

Qualifications

• Six months minimum experience in a company environment or equivalent training such as basic plumbing, painting, HVAC or construction.
• Two years electrical experience minimum.
• Must complete all safety, environmental and task training or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Repair electrical and mechanical issues as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and logs.
• Operate hand and power tools and use ladders/scaffolding when required.
• Assist with lock out/tag out safety procedures.

Title:Maintenance TechnicianJob Description:Job OverviewThe Maintenance Technician will be responsible for safely performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment in one or more fields (carpentry, paint, electrical, janitorial equipment, HVAC, vehicle/golf cart etc.).Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
