Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading manufacturer in the Anderson/Greenville, SC area, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. This full-time, direct-hire, hands-on role supports press and tooling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven experience with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage urgent tasks under pressure.
• High attention to detail, with a sense of urgency and accountability.
• Metal Stamping Industry experience.
• Must supply and maintain personal tools required for maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and preventative maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on hydraulic presses, electrical systems, and mechanical components.
• Support tooling operations including die changes and press setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns involving control panels, motors, sensors, and gearboxes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Interpret and work from blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
• Follow all lockout/tagout and safety procedures.
• Maintain and utilize a personal set of tools appropriate for the role.

Maintenance Technician Job Summary

• Pay: $26.00 Hourly +
• Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Location: Anderson/Greenville, SC
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on hydraulic presses, electrical systems, and mechanical components
• Support tooling operations including die changes and press setup
• Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns involving control panels, motors, sensors, and gearboxes
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions to minimize downtime
