Job Details

Salary: $55,000 - $85,000 per year
Shift: First
Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
Education: High School

Responsibilities
  1. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
  2. Identify and correct issues in electrical/control systems (sensors, limit switches, solenoids, motors, Servos, PLC programming, PID loops, etc.) and mechanical systems (pumps, vacuum pumps, belt drives, gear reduction drives, piping, valves, air handling, material delivery systems, etc.).
  3. Implement safety measures and continuous improvements, calibrations, and reliability enhancements.
  4. Perform preventative maintenance on motors, motor control devices, pumps, conveyor systems, instrumentation, and other production equipment following diagrams, manuals, and specifications.
  5. Locate problems by observing devices in operation, listening for issues, and using testing instruments.
  6. Control downtime by informing operations of routine maintenance and monitoring compliance.
  7. Provide maintenance support and information to prevent equipment damage and address maintenance questions.

  • Manual lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Stand for 12 hours at a time
