ManpowerGroup is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support production and facility operations in a manufacturing environment in Plymouth, MI. You will troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment while prioritizing safety and efficiency.

The role is Monday–Friday, 1st shift, 40 hours per week with overtime available. A high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience are required; preferred qualifications include an Associate's Degree or

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work independently and overtime, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and work orders.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and support emergency repairs.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and supplies.
• Assist with mold changes and facility maintenance projects.
• Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and machining tasks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standards.

Overview

Our client seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support production and facility operations in a manufacturing environment.
