Best In Boating are hiring to join our team! Park Marina (est. 1989) – Park Marina is our premier location on Lake Allatoona, offering exceptional boating, rentals, and full‑service marina amenities that create a top‑tier on‑the‑water experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge (of electrical systems, plumbing systems, advanced carpentry, HVAC, etc.) to diagnose systems, approaching mechanical challenges from a logical perspective.
• Make repairs as assigned while working efficiently with strong attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment and property.
• Always maintain all equipment in top condition. Ensure that safety standards are met.
• Ability to follow and/or set preventive maintenance schedules, to prolong the equipment’s life.
• Consistently assess work areas for safety concerns. Raise all concerns to the appropriate individual and follow‑up to ensure that all are resolved.
• Skilled in the proper and safe use of all tools, materials, chemicals, and products relating to the department.
• Strong verbal and written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to utilize these skills to maintain positive relations with Team Members and Guests.

Requirements

• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
