Job summary

Park Marina, located at Lake Allatoona, seeks a dependable Groundskeeper to maintain docks, walkways, and marina grounds. You will handle trash removal, keep parking areas tidy, and assist with basic maintenance while ensuring safety and order across outdoor spaces.

The role requires comfort with outdoor work in all weather, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a Monday–Friday schedule. Swimming ability is noted as a requirement for water-adjacent work.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Working inside as well as outdoors in all weather conditions. Aspects of position may require working in extreme temperatures.
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday.
• Must be able to swim.
