Job summary

Best In Boating at Park Marina on Lake Allatoona is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper to help maintain docks, walkways, and marina grounds. You will perform cleaning, debris removal, and basic maintenance while ensuring safety and a welcoming environment for guests.

This role is outdoor, physically demanding, requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work Monday through Friday, and thrive in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Working inside as well as outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday.
• Must be able to swim.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of docks, walkways, and marina grounds.
• Remove trash and debris from docks, slips, and common areas.
• Keep the parking lot clean, organized, and free of litter.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed.
• Help ensure docks and surrounding areas remain safe and orderly.
• Support marina staff with general tasks and daily operations.
• Follow safety guidelines and marina procedures at all times.

• Keep the parking lot clean, organized, and free of litter
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks as needed
