Job summary

Linde plc is seeking a maintenance professional in Utah to plan and execute installation, maintenance, overhauls, and inspections of industrial mechanical systems, including bulk cryogenic tanks, pumps, motors, exchangers and regulators. Overtime and on-call responsibilities are included.

You will conduct periodic inspections, support root cause analysis, and document maintenance activities in Field Centrix.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years maintaining mechanical systems in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with industrial mechanical and electrical systems under 600V.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform installation, maintenance, overhauls and inspections of bulk cryogenic tanks, condensing units, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, heaters and regulator modules; expect overtime and on-call duties.
• Conduct periodic inspections and maintenance; support root cause analysis; document maintenance activities in Field Centrix; work independently while escalating concerns to protect safety and equipment integrity.
• Foster a safety-focused environment by adhering to enforced work practices that ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Job description

• You will plan and perform major equipment installation, maintenance, overhauls, and inspections of industrial mechanical systems, including bulk cryogenic tanks, condensing units, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, heaters, and regulator modules. This role includes overtime and on-call responsibilities
• Further, conduct periodic inspections and maintenance of bulk cryogenic tanks and equipment, actively support the root cause analysis program for major failures, maintain documentation of all maintenance activities in Field Centrix, and work independently to make technical decisions while escalating concerns as needed to protect safety and equipment integrity
• Also, contribute to a disciplined, safety-focused environment by executing work practices that reinforce compliance and operational excellence

• You apply preventive maintenance methods for industrial mechanical and electrical systems under 600V, demonstrate skill in pipe fitting and pipe joining using brazing and soldering techniques, and support the installation, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of tanks, condensing units, pumps, motors, heat exchangers, heaters, and regulator modules
• You are an experienced maintenance professional with a minimum of five years of maintaining mechanical systems in an industrial manufacturing environment, with experience in these systems considered an asset
• Moreover, demonstrate excellent communication and team interaction skills, work independently or effectively lead and participate in teams, and maintain accurate documentation and records while utilizing computers, standard software packages, and a computerized maintenance management system
