CBRE Maintenance Technical Planner in Durham, NC, is an onsite role directing technicians and subcontractors to provide preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems, while meeting safety codes and client expectations.
Applicants need a High School Diploma or GED with 4–5 years of related experience; familiarity with CMMS (Maximo); proficiency in MS Office; and the ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-changing environment.
