Job summary

Broad Reach Healthcare is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician and Team Lead to support our healthcare facilities and employee housing. The role combines hands‑on maintenance with day‑to‑day supervision of the maintenance staff to ensure safe, reliable operations.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry issues, triage work orders by urgency, and coordinate with contractors while maintaining accurate records and compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience strongly preferred.
• Strong general maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Supervisory or maintenance leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing maintenance needs.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow‑through.
• Dependable, self‑directed, and comfortable taking ownership of problems.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, assisted living, or property maintenance experience a plus.
• NFPA/regulatory knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work orders are tracked through completion
• Support compliance with health, safety, fire/life‑safety, NFPA, and healthcare regulations

Broad Reach Healthcare is seeking an experienced, hands‑on Maintenance Technician / Team Lead to support our healthcare facilities and employee housing.

Job Overview We’re looking for someone with strong HVAC and general building maintenance experience who can troubleshoot problems, triage and prioritize work orders, provide day‑to‑day direction to maintenance staff, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Pay Range: $28 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
