Broad Reach Healthcare is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician / Team Lead to support our healthcare facilities and employee housing. The role requires strong HVAC and general building maintenance skills and hands-on supervision of the maintenance staff.

You will triage work orders, prioritize urgent issues, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, with compliance to healthcare regulations.

Competenze

• HVAC experience strongly preferred.
• Strong general maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Supervisory or maintenance leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple competing maintenance needs.
• Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, assisted living, or property maintenance experience a plus.
• NFPA/regulatory knowledge preferred.

Broad Reach Healthcare is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Technician / Team Lead to support our healthcare facilities and employee housing.

Job Overview

We’re looking for someone with strong HVAC and general building maintenance experience who can troubleshoot problems, triage and prioritize work orders, provide day-to-day direction to maintenance staff, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Pay Range

$28 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance
