Job summary

Century Mold Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech for the B shift in Shelbyville, TN. The role involves inspecting, testing, and maintaining machinery, troubleshooting issues, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Work Order software; ability to learn new software as needed.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems by listening for unusual sounds and discussing variations with supervisors.
• Dismantle defective machines and install new or repaired parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on a timely basis.
• Operate and maintain various machine tools and welding equipment.
• Maintain facility equipment and grounds.
