The role requires collaboration with QA, Engineering, and Tool Room, plus the ability to learn new software and maintain equipment efficiently. A strong foundation in injection molding is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; or 3–5 years related experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Project; ability to learn new software as needed.

Responsibilities

• Setup and changeover machinery and equipment according to the production schedule.
• Install and remove molds in injection presses.
• Set process parameters and process limit alarms.
• Configure equipment safety features and low pressure mold protection.
• Connect water, hydraulic and air lines and verify mold protection switches.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Tool Room to ensure quality parts.
