Job summary

Century Mold is seeking a Process Set-Up Technician (C Shift) in Shelbyville, TN to support our injection molding operations. You will set up and change molds, adjust process parameters, and ensure safe, reliable equipment performance.

The role requires basic education with related experience and proficiency in common software tools; you will collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering and Tool Room to produce high-quality parts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Ability to learn new software as needed.
• Proficient with standard computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and changeover machinery per production schedule.
• Install and remove molds in injection presses.
• Set process parameters and alarms; ensure equipment safety features.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering and Tool Room to ensure quality parts.
