Qualifications

• Two years of related maintenance experience and training in carpentry, plumbing, painting, HVAC, refurbishing and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Performs general maintenance work daily, including replacing light bulbs and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances.
• Prepares resident rooms for new occupants by painting, cleaning carpets and general maintenance.
• Maintains the grounds by mowing, sweeping, and trimming trees and shrubs to keep exteriors presentable.
