Qualifications

• Prefer six months of experience in maintenance, housekeeping, or building industry.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical plant and individual resident units.
• Assist with apartment turnovers such as painting and cleaning.
• Ensure safety standards for all staff, residents, and guests.

Skills

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC

Ability to assist with apartment turnovers

Strong desire to work with the elderly

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
