Stellar Senior Living in Glendale, AZ seeks a diligent Security Guard to join a large senior living community. You will monitor access, respond to alarms, assist residents and staff, and help maintain a safe environment for residents and visitors.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven work experience as a security guard or related role.
• Trained security officer with diploma.
• Excellent knowledge of safety and security procedures.
• Attention to detail with surveillance skills.
• Integrity and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor building access and respond to alarms and resident pendants.
• Assist residents, staff, and visitors as needed.
• Complete work orders using the designated app.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies within scope of training.
• Assist with room turns and facility upkeep.
