Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to keep a luxury residential community safe, clean, and well-functioning. You will perform preventative maintenance, handle basic repairs, and support building operations to ensure an exceptional resident experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of maintenance in relevant settings, with working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, or property management environments.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a resident-focused approach.
• Experience working with vendors and contractors is a plus.
• EPA Certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on the property.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections of building systems and common areas.
• Complete basic repairs including drywall, painting, light plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC filter replacements.
• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of lobbies, hallways, amenities, and shared spaces.
• Respond to maintenance requests and identify potential issues before they become larger problems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors, including providing building access and monitoring completed work.
• Support move-ins, move-outs, and freight elevator operations as needed.
• Assist with general property upkeep, package handling, and operational support during busy periods.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies when required.
• Maintain a safe work environment while following company policies and safety procedures.
