Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled, professional service to residents. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor and report to the Property Manager to maintain the property and support preventive maintenance across systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.

Responsibilities include completing turnover tasks quickly, performing routine repairs, maintaining exterior and common areas, and ensuring safety and organization.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.
• EPA Universal or Type II certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, appliances and other tasks as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and complete turnover checklist.
• Conduct common area maintenance such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing and window cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters and related issues.
• Support and maintain a preventive maintenance program for the area of responsibility.
• Ensure safe condition of all equipment and structures; take primary responsibility for safety.
• Update inventory with newly purchased tools or equipment.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and observe all safety rules.
