Job summary

BrassCraft Manufacturing is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to maintain plant equipment and support peak performance. You’ll troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, work with PLC ladder logic, and mentor others as you grow toward a leadership role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years industrial experience.
• Certificate of Skill in Welding, Rigging, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Bearings.
• Ability to work independently and in teams; follow safety standards.
• Preferred familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, A/C and PLC ladder logic.
• Certifications in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and service manuals.
• Document work using CMMS and order required parts.
• Support continuous improvement and mentor others.
