You’ll gain exposure to cross‑functional teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and have the opportunity to develop leadership skills as part of your career progression.

Principal Functional Responsibilities
  • Make safety the number one priority by leading by example, addressing unsafe conditions and behaviors, and supporting safety improvement initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement by participating in events and submitting opportunities for improvements.
  • Work as a team or individually to perform maintenance on production and facility equipment.
  • Read, analyze, and interpret schematics, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area following 5S standards.
  • Respond quickly to service calls and interact with colleagues in a professional manner.
  • Use computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to document work and order parts.
  • Perform other related duties as needed and assigned.
Essential Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant experience in an industrial setting.
  • Certificate of Skill (Welding, Rigging, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Bearings).
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team.
  • Understand and comply with safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, A/C (including troubleshooting and repair), and Allen Bradley PLC ladder logic.
  • Certificate(s) in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, etc.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Good basic math skills.
  • Associate degree in Industrial or Electronic Technology or Mechatronics.
