Job summary

BrassCraft Manufacturing Company in the United States is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to maintain and service plant equipment, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, and support safety and efficiency on the line.

You’ll work hands-on with complex machinery, mentor others, participate in continuous improvement, and grow toward team lead or supervisor roles as you gain leadership skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant experience in an industrial setting.
• Certificate of Skill (Welding, Rigging, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Bearings).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Understand and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and address unsafe conditions.
• Participate in continuous improvement events and submit opportunities.
• Perform maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders.
• Maintain a neat, orderly work area following 5S standards.
• Respond quickly to service calls and communicate professionally.
• Use CMMS to document work and order parts.
• Perform other related duties as needed.
