Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep and vacant-unit preparation. The role includes daily repairs, inventory management, and adherence to OSHA safety standards, with on-call availability.

Responsibilities cover tool availability, responding to property issues, securing maintenance spaces, and snow/ice removal, plus handling eviction-related lock-outs and 24-hour service requests.

Competenze

• Experience in property maintenance and handyman tasks.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Capable of maintaining inventory and using tools safely.

Mansioni

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of the property and prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Ensure necessary tools are on hand.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain the required property uniform ensuring a professional appearance.
• Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Be available to work on an on-call basis.
• Secure maintenance shops at the close of every workday.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary.
• Handle all lock-outs due to evictions and respond to service requests within 24 hours.
