Job summary

Park at Mt. Zion in Jonesboro, GA is seeking an enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and related building systems for residents and community areas.

Responsibilities include service of water lines, irrigation, lighting, fireplaces, and security features, along with general upkeep of stairs, gates, fences, flooring, and doors. Must have transportation and be willing to rotate weekend/on-call shifts; HVAC/EPA/CPO

Qualifications

Truck or reliable transportation required.
Must be able to take rotation weekend calls and on-call emergencies.
HVAC, EPA, CPO certification and/or experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and maintain electrical and plumbing systems (including water lines).
Service A/C and heating systems and appliances as applicable.
Work on water irrigation systems, stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings.
Maintain/repair tile, carpet, flooring, interior/exterior lights.
Maintain fireplaces, ceiling fans, gas fixtures (where applicable).
Service shutters, doors, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors.
Work on boiler, gas and/or electric systems.
Inspect door locks, P.O. boxes, and locks; monitor security systems (where applicable).
Address ceiling leaks and pool area maintenance.
