Job summary

Sterling Heights in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an enthusiastic Maintenance Technician who cares for residents and the community. A day may include diagnosing and maintaining electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances, plus upkeep of exterior features and lighting across the property.

Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be able to handle on-call/weekend rotation. EPA/CPO certification is preferred. Signing bonus of $1000 after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to provide proof of auto insurance.
• EPA certification and/or CPO experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and maintain electrical and plumbing systems, including water lines.
• Service HVAC and heating systems, appliances when applicable.
• Maintain water irrigation systems, gates, fences, doors, and railings; manage lighting and ceilings.
• Assist with moving appliances and keeping the property clean.
• Support security systems and pool areas as needed.
