Job summary

Parkview Flats in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance systems. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical and plumbing issues, including water lines.
• Maintain and fix HVAC systems, appliances, and related components.
• Care for common areas: stairs, gates, fences, patios, railings, doors, windows; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with moving appliances and keep the property clean; respond to on-call emergencies as needed.
