Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on facility and equipment (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical).
• Prepare and organize materials and equipment before starting tasks.
• Report equipment needing repair to supervisor immediately.
• Respond to occasional building emergencies as needed.
• Record incidents and daily rounds as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our Maintenance Technicians

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include, plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare and organizes materials and equipment before starting a task.
• Report equipment/items to supervisor that need repair immediately.
• Responds to occasional building emergencies as needed by the supervisor.
• Report all incidents/accidents to supervisor.
• Perform daily rounds and check of various systems as assigned, including related record keeping.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in different physical positions to complete tasks, while providing a variety of physically demanding maintenance‑related tasks inside and outside the building.

• May need to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
