Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a senior living community in San Jose. You will maintain both interior and exterior areas, assist with turnovers, and help keep residents safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities include performing basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, supporting team operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in building maintenance or related trades.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Able to pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the physical plant interior and exterior common areas and resident units.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, painting, carpet cleaning, and pressure washing.
• Maintain grounds including pool and spa if applicable; ensure safety and security.
