Job summary

The Siegel Group's Siegel Suites and Select brands are seeking a Maintenance Level 2 professional in Montgomery, AL. The role handles daily maintenance to turn units, manages work orders and executes monthly preventative maintenance at the request of the Property Manager.

Candidates will have at least 3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer, own maintenance tools, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a maintenance engineer.
• Own maintenance tools.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance to turn units.
• Handle work orders promptly to satisfy customers.
• Carry out monthly preventative maintenance on all units.
• Coordinate with property manager to ensure timely vendor services.
• Verify room readiness and availability to rent.
• Schedule maintenance on property exterior and units.
• Maintain OSHA compliance in shops and areas.
• Use appropriate tools for daily tasks.
• Understand lock out/tag out safety system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
