Job summary

Sentry Management Corp is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech to support multiple associations in the Columbia, SC area. The role involves performing routine inspections and maintenance on building systems and completing repairs as needed, ensuring safety and quality in common areas.

You will interact with residents, vendors, and HOA boards while maintaining high professional standards and reliability. This on-site role requires adaptability to weather and physical tasks, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Must have previous maintenance experience.
• Professional, organized, and self-motivated.
• Able to stand, bend, climb, and walk up to 8 hours per day.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Able to work in variable weather conditions.
• Possess general computer skills.
• Hold a valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Routine maintenance: inspect and maintain building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical).
• Perform repairs for residents and address issues in common areas.
• Grounds keeping: maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas including outdoor amenities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.
