Aphena Pharma Solutions-Tennessee LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep our pharmaceutical production equipment running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot a range of equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support setup and operator training on a 12-hour rotating 2/2/3 schedule.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with maintenance training or apprenticeship, and experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems; PLC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing production and facility equipment.
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Installing, relocating, and setting up equipment.
• Supporting production by assisting with equipment setup and training operators.
• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Working with PLC-controlled equipment (ladder logic a plus).
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records.
