Aphena Pharma Solutions in Cookeville, TN seeks a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will perform preventive maintenance, install equipment, and support production by training operators and improving uptime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance apprenticeship or technical training preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• PLC troubleshooting experience a plus.
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Troubleshooting and repairing production and facility equipment
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance

• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification)

Schedule

12-hour rotating 2/2/3 schedule (36 hours one week, 48 hours the next). Day Shift Hours 6A-6P Night Shift Hours 6P-6A (Night Shift receives a $1.50/hr shift differential). Overtime available as needed to support production.
