Level Three mechanics work under minimal supervision to perform turret/spindle alignments, PM tasks such as troubleshooting lubrication systems, hydraulics, bar feeders, controls, and other issues. They diagnose and repair most NC mechanical issues, pull and replace ball screws, handle hydraulic and pneumatic issues, and complete tasks related to facility maintenance including plumbing and general carpentry. The role requires the ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, serving as a mechanical or technical SME. Typically, 6‑10 years of experience is required.

For informational purposes only, the pay range for this role is $36.00 to $42.00 USD per hour based on a variety of factors. Employees may receive 96 hours paid time off per year, 10 paid holidays, and eligibility to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, 401(k) plan, quarterly cash bonus plan, and long‑term incentive program.
