Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) in Irvine, California, seeks a highly skilled Hybrid Maintenance Technician. This role involves performing advanced troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on CNC/NC machines and production equipment. The ideal candidate will have 6-10+ years of industrial maintenance experience and strong mechanical and electrical skills.

Level three mechanics work under minimal supervision to perform turret/spindle alignments, PM tasks such as trouble shoot lubrication system, hydraulics, bar feeders, etc. Trouble shoot controls, issues etc., able to diagnose and repair most any NC mechanical issues; pull and replace ball screws, hydraulic and pneumatic issues. The Hybrid Maintenance Technician is a highly skilled, multi‑craft professional responsible for performing advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, installation, and preventive maintenance on CNC/NC machines, production equipment, and facility systems. This role operates with minimal supervision and serves as a technical subject matter expert (SME) in both mechanical and electrical disciplines. Typically requires 6-10+ years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Must be of U.S. person status to be in position.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $28 to $40 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees and their families are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.
This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)).
