MITER Brands in Venice, FL is seeking a lead maintenance tech with a strong mechanical and electrical background. The role offers an hourly rate of $28–$34 based on experience and electrical testing scores, with a 6am–4pm shift, Monday–Thursday.
You will train other technicians and manage preventative maintenance, repairs, and tooling in a manufacturing setting. The position requires 2+ years in manufacturing, PLC exposure, schematics literacy, and solid communication skills.

Must have experience in a manufacturing plant with 2+ years of experience, high level of knowledge and skill level – will be expected to be able to train other technicians of lower skill level.
