Job summary

Dessert Holdings is hiring a Maintenance Lead in our Georgia facility to identify and repair electrical and mechanical defects, lead maintenance for line teams, and complete preventative maintenance tasks to avoid unplanned downtime.

Candidates should have 5+ years of industrial mechanical experience or a two-year technical degree, plus forklift certification eligibility, basic English literacy, and knowledge of HACCP/GMP practices. The role offers bonus eligibility and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Mechanical experience or a two-year technical degree preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and repair electrical and mechanical defects.
• Participate as a Maintenance Lead for assigned area teams to support Line Centric Teams.
• Complete Preventative Maintenance Plans to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Assist in RCA on equipment and process failures and suggest corrective actions.
• Train operators on maintenance techniques and troubleshoot/repair equipment.
