Job summary

Graham Packaging Company seeks a Maintenance Tech Lead/Processor based in West Hazleton, PA. This 1st shift role runs from 6:30am to 3pm and offers a starting pay of $38.20 per hour depending on experience.

You will lead maintenance technicians, coordinate vendors, enforce safety and GMP practices, and drive continuous improvement while supporting engineering and operations. A two-year associate degree and five years of maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree preferred in industrial maintenance or related field.
• Minimum five years industrial maintenance technician experience preferred.
• Strong attendance, communication, and teamwork essential.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate activities of vendors and workers for repair, maintenance and installation of machines and equipment.
• Enforce safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Report to Maintenance Manager on project and material requirements.
• Direct and assign day-to-day workload of Maintenance Technicians.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement projects.
• Plan and implement methods to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Train new Maintenance Technicians and coordinate ongoing training.
• Manage maintenance software; coordinate with engineering and shift supervisors.
