Job summary
SpaceX's Starlink division seeks a Maintenance Technician to support the Starlink hardware ecosystem in Redmond. You will repair and maintain production assets, troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, CNC controls, and mechanical systems, and execute repairs on pumps, gearboxes, sensors and related components.
You may operate forklifts and assist in continuous reliability improvements. The role requires 3+ years in preventive/corrective maintenance, hydraulic/electrical/mechanical repair, and willingness to
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of corrective and preventive maintenance experience.
- 3+ years of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and/or electrical repair.
- Shift availability: 1st or 2nd shift; overtime/weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair assets to ensure proper operating condition.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, HMIs, CNC controls.
- Repair mechanical systems such as pumps, chillers, gearboxes.
- Replace electrical components (switches, relays, transformers, sensors).
- Replace/mechanically repair bearings, motors, pulleys, gears, belts.
- Perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments.
- Provide maintenance on vacuum/thermal chambers, CNC machines, tooling fixtures.
- Drive forklifts and company vehicles.
