Responsibilities

• Responds to guest repair requests and performs timely resolutions.
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks as assigned to building systems.
• Communicates with guests/owners to resolve maintenance issues.
• Displays advanced engineering operations skills and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Performs general engineering-related inventory duties.
• Reads, logs, and interprets readings from meters and gauges.
• Participates in regular safety, technical knowledge, and career development trainings.

As a Maintenance Technician IV, a typical day will include:

• Responds and attends to guest repair requests.
• Performs preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Communicates with guests/Owners to resolve maintenance issues.
• Displays advanced engineering operations skills, mechanical ability, and troubleshooting of building systems.
• Performs general engineering-related inventory duties.
• Reads, logs, tracks, and interprets readings from meters, gauges, and other measuring devices.
• Participate in regular training for safety, technical knowledge, and career development as applicable.

To Become a Maintenance Technician IV at MVW

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
