Job summary

MITER Brands in Temecula, CA is seeking a Maintenance Tech III for our manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will bring a strong mechanical and electrical background with excellent communication skills and a readiness to advance.

You will troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with team members to keep production running smoothly. We offer competitive hourly pay of $30.50–$39.65 plus $3.00 per hour for SD, a 2pm to 10:45pm shift, Monday through Friday, and a

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing-plant maintenance experience.
• Technical or trade school degree preferred; or HS diploma/GED plus 3 years maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of industrial electricity and schematics.
• PLC experience a plus.
• Ability to train other technicians.
• Strong written and verbal communication and math/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform safety-compliant maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance under supervision.
• Communicate openly with maintenance team and supervisor.
• Complete work orders accurately and document completion.
• Maintain MO documentation and Proteus entry as dictated.
• Work with outside contractors on projects.
