Job summary

MITER Brands in Temecula, CA is seeking a skilled maintenance tech to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will bring a strong mechanical and electrical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in a manufacturing plant.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, overtime, favorable benefits, opportunities for advancement, great culture and strong leadership. Shift is 2:00pm to 10:45pm, Monday to Friday, with an hourly rate of $28-$30 based on experience and testing

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing plant with mechanical and electrical skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in a production setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform departmental activities per SOPs, MPS, and philosophy.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems for the plant.
• Trouble shoot and repair CNC, PLC, and VFD machinery.
• Maintain equipment logs and repair pumps and vacuum systems.
• Plan work time to meet plant needs and work safely in adverse conditions.
• Work flexible schedules and provide routine preventive maintenance.
• Modify and fabricate equipment for new uses in collaboration with production.

POSITION - Maintenance Tech - Manufacturing Plant
LOCATION - Temecula, CA
HOURLY RATE - $28-$30 per hour - Hourly rate is based on experience and mechanical/electrical testing scores. Plus $3.00 for SD
SHIFT - 2:00pm to 10:45pm - Monday - Friday

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform departmental activities per standard operating procedures, MPS, and Philosophy.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems for the manufacturing plant.
• Trouble shoot and repair CNC, PLC, and VFD machinery
• Maintain required equipment logs.
• Repair pumps and vacuum systems.
• Responsible for planning work time to meet all needs of the plant.
• Ability to work in adverse conditions safely.
• Must be able to work any required schedule.
• Provide routine preventative maintenance.
• Modify existing equipment for new uses.
• Fabricate new equipment.
• Work with Production personnel to maintain and improve quality.
