Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in multiple trades, at least two including HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, Refrigeration, Generators, or Boiler operations.

Responsibilities

• Locate, inspect, and repair facility equipment to meet maintenance schedule and requests.
• Perform repairs on pumps, motors, electrical equipment, plumbing, carpentry, and related systems.
• Operate Building Management System (BMS) to monitor building operations and respond to alerts.
• Follow Life Safety Code and Environment of Care; comply with codes and Madonna policies.
