Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree with 1–3 years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical machinery.
• Ability to read specifications and prints.
• Proficiency in basic electrical, plumbing, and general repairs under supervision.
• Ability to learn production areas and ERP system.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Makes repairs to buildings, machinery, and equipment including hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Performs fabrication maintenance and metal joining/cutting as required.
• Welds and cuts using various techniques in different positions.
• Maintains workspace housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Operates/learns ERP and records equipment data in CMS.
• Assists skilled workers and works varying shifts or on-call.
