Job summary

Christian Church Homes is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician III for FAHA Manor, Sonoma, CA. You will oversee daily maintenance, ensure safety and upkeep, and collaborate with the facilities team to provide clean, livable housing for residents.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years as a Maintenance Tech or similar required.
• Prior experience in apartment maintenance or construction required.
• Working knowledge of Yardi or similar program preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Background checks are required after conditional offer.
• Driver's license is not required; other transportation methods acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to caring and positive working and living environments for all employees and residents.
• Assist in enforcing safety regulations; identify and report and/or correct safety hazards.
• Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, emptying trash, replacing light bulbs, etc.
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair building components including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
• Manage and prioritize work orders in Yardi with the team.
• Monitor and replenish maintenance inventory within budget.
• Carry out general carpentry to prepare apartments for move-in and related tasks.
• Move common space furniture and equipment as needed.
• Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and safety equipment.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
