  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and other maintenance-related equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and equipment; provide information necessary to ensure appropriate stock levels and availability of materials required for repairs and maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance technicians, leads, supervisors, and outside contractors to coordinate maintenance activities, complete projects, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience performing facility maintenance and remodeling work, including framing, drywall, flooring, and plumbing repairs.
  • Must be capable of independently completing maintenance and improvement projects with a high level of quality and workmanship.
  • Technical or Trade School certification is preferred; equivalent combination of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. and relevant maintenance experience will be considered.
  • Basic understanding of industrial electricity, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.

  • PLC experience is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain plant utilities, including lighting, water systems, drainage systems, and related facility infrastructure.
  • Basic understanding of schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Proficient in the use of diagnostic equipment, including but not limited to ohm meters, voltage meters, and other testing devices.
  • Basic knowledge and safe operation of power tools and equipment, including drills, cut‑off saws, demolition saws, and similar maintenance tools.
  • Forklift, pallet jack, and scissor lift experience required, with the ability to obtain and maintain company certification.
