Job summary

Baptist Senior Family is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to help keep our senior living community running smoothly. You will perform a range of maintenance duties across resident apartments and common areas, ensuring safety, reliability, and a welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in maintenance, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to read maintenance orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of skilled trade/building maintenance experience.
• Valid PA Class C driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs across campus.
• Complete carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and medium-duty electrical repairs.
• Inspect and maintain building systems, respond to work orders promptly.
• Assist with seasonal grounds tasks and maintain safety and appearance.
