Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to ensure guest units and buildings are in perfect working order. You will apply maintenance skills and customer service to deliver quality results and maintain comfort across our properties.

The role involves HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks, including preventive maintenance and timely repairs, within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Join a team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ability to repair drywall, patch walls and paint.
• Adherence to safety programs and report deficiencies when needed.

Responsibilities

• Apply intermediate knowledge of facilities maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to service units and buildings.
• Perform plumbing maintenance (pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, Jacuzzi tubs) using soldering and PVC/CPVC techniques.
• Replace breakers, ballasts, switches, and other electrical fixtures; troubleshoot hazards.
• Complete preventative maintenance programs on systems such as HVAC.
• Repair interior walls and ceilings, patching, painting as needed.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
