Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to ensure guest spaces and buildings are in top working order. You will apply HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repair skills while delivering quality service to our guests and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs.
• Ability to work with others or independently as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality results for guests by applying maintenance skills and customer service expertise to ensure each unit and building is in perfectly working order.
• Apply intermediate working knowledge of facilities maintenance such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing and repairs as needed.
• Perform plumbing maintenance including pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers and Jacuzzi tubs using soldering, PVC, CPVC and fittings.
• Replace breakers, ballasts and other electrical fixtures; troubleshoot hazards and ensure safety.
• Complete preventative maintenance on HVAC and building systems.
• Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor and adhere to safety programs.
