Job summary

Colonial Group seeks a Maintenance Technician II for the Clinton, MD property. You will perform skilled maintenance across electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and carpentry, including turnover work, on-call response, and preventive tasks.

Qualifications include 3–5 years of related experience and a High School diploma or GED, with preferred trade school or CAMT certification. A valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 pounds are required. Sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC and carpentry.
• High School diploma or GED; trade school or CAMT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform turnover-related clean out and demo work for make-ready status.
• Carry out general carpentry and wallboard repairs.
• Patch drywall, paint, and replace fixtures as needed.
• Monitor inventory and deliver supplies as required.
• Provide on-call maintenance support after hours.
